These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22phl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 22phl online gaming platform available at https://22phl.app ("Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 22phl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 22phl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 22phl strictly enforces this age restriction and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 22phl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 22phl Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false or misleading information to circumvent these requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability.

To access the full features of the 22phl Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 22phl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 22phl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 22phl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: 22phl reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or for any other reason consistent with these Terms.

You must notify 22phl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

All financial transactions on the 22phl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱5. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 22phl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 22phl does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Processing times vary by payment method but 22phl endeavors to process approved withdrawals as quickly as possible.
• 22phl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is an outstanding bonus wagering requirement, an active investigation, or a pending KYC review.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player in accordance with Philippine tax law.

22phl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, suspension of the account, and potential forfeiture of all balances.
• Promotional Changes: 22phl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

All games available on the 22phl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games:

• Random Number Generators: All electronic games on the 22phl Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game has a published theoretical Return to Player percentage. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, 22phl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. 22phl is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Game Decisions Final: All game results and decisions made by the Platform are final once a round is completed, subject only to the malfunction policy above.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22phl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity theft.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 22phl immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 22phl staff through any communication channel.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.

All content on the 22phl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 22phl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 22phl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 22phl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 22phl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 22phl and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22phl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22phl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

22phl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• 22phl does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

22phl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 22phl players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

22phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward other players or 22phl staff.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 22phl support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

22phl will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law following account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 22phl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, players may submit a formal complaint to 22phl's support team. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within a reasonable timeframe. 22phl's decision on game-related disputes shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR's framework.

22phl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
