Creating a 22phl account is quick and straightforward. Visit 22phl.app and click the Register button. You'll be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. After submitting, verify your mobile number via OTP. You'll then need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as your passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys National ID.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register at 22phl, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations. Underage registration attempts will be rejected and reported.

22phl accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC verification:

  • SSS / UMID Card
  • PhilSys National ID

Upload a clear photo or scan of the front and back of your chosen ID. Selfie verification may also be required. KYC is typically approved within 1–24 hours on business days.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts (also called "multi-accounting") is a violation of 22phl's Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" feature or contact support.

On the 22phl login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your account. You'll receive an OTP or reset link. Follow the instructions to set a new password. For security, choose a strong password that you don't use on other sites. If you're still having trouble, contact our 24/7 live chat support.

Some basic details (like your email or phone number) can be updated directly in Account Settings. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity re-verification and must be requested through our support team. This is to prevent fraud and ensure account security. Processing takes 1–3 business days.

22phl is primarily designed for Filipino players and operates in alignment with Philippine gaming regulations. Access from certain jurisdictions may be restricted. If you are a Filipino citizen temporarily abroad (OFW, student, etc.), you may still be able to access the platform depending on your location. We recommend checking local laws before playing from outside the Philippines.

To permanently close your account, contact our support team via live chat or email. You'll need to verify your identity before closure is processed. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently supported.

The minimum deposit at 22phl is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, the minimum is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though you can set your own deposit cap in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are instant — your balance updates in real time. InstaPay transfers typically reflect within 1–5 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to 1 business day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

22phl does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay transfers. Check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. 22phl absorbs processing costs on our end so you get the full value of your deposit.

No. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering, and is required under our compliance obligations. If you don't have a GCash account, you can register one for free via the GCash app — it only takes a few minutes.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Philippine Peso. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period — this is intentional and designed to protect you from impulsive decisions.

Go to My Account → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete and your payment account name matches your registered 22phl name — withdrawals to mismatched accounts will be rejected for security reasons.

  • GCash / PayMaya: 1–3 hours
  • InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.): Within 24 hours

Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification.

Wagering requirements (also called "rollover") specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you need to place ₱10,000 in total bets before withdrawing. Always read the specific terms attached to each bonus offer.
